Community Engagement & Adoption Ambassadors
Role & Contribution
Community Engagement & Smart Ageing Adoption Ambassadors represent NGOs, patient organisations, community groups and citizen networks. They ensure that Smart Ageing solutions are inclusive, user-centred and socially meaningful.
Their role includes:
- Bringing the voices of older adults, caregivers and communities into co-creation
- Supporting user testing, feedback and real-life validation
- Promoting acceptance, trust and ethical use of digital solutions
- Strengthening community engagement in Living Lab environments
These Ambassadors ensure that innovation responds to real needs and leads to meaningful adoption by the people it is designed to serve.
